Easter 2009

We had a wonderful Easter this year with Fast Sunday being on Easter. It was a great opportunity to focus on our Savior and all that He has done for us! The kids woke up bright and early to find their Easter surprises; Tayden gave a beautiful talk in Primary, and it has been a wonderful day!

Easter at Grandma & Grandpa Hansen's

On Friday night we had a fun night with the Hansen family. We all went to dinner at Maddox and then went to Grandpa and Grandma's for an Easter egg hunt in the dark with flashlights. The kids thought that was pretty cool and got stocked up on MORE candy! Thanks mom and dad!

Another fun field trip

Tayden and Scott went to the Bird Refuge and it was a cold, fun day for a field trip! I was glad Scott was available for this one!

Backwards Day

Ashton had backwards day at Preschool and was excited to wear his clothes backwards. Doesn't he look cute?

Easter Egg Hunt

We had an early Easter egg hunt with Scott's family since Tom & Linda would be gone over Easter. The kids had a great time (although Tayden's face doesn't always show it) and their candy should be gone by the time Easter gets here! Bring on the "peeps"!

Indoor Champions

I am so proud of Ambree. Her little team won first place in indoor soccer (which is now done- on to outdoor!) She won a ball (yahoo) and played her little heart out.

Ambree

I feel like Ambree hasn't gotten much attention on the blog, sadly, it has been what Tayden is doing. Ambree went on a field trip to McKay Dee Hospital, and unfortunately I wasn't able to go with her. She had a lot of fun and they got some cool things like rubber gloves, face mask, bandaids etc., so when she got home from school she got the doctor clothes out of the dress up and went to work on her little bear Annie.
