Indoor Champions

I am so proud of Ambree. Her little team won first place in indoor soccer (which is now done- on to outdoor!) She won a ball (yahoo) and played her little heart out.

Ambree

I feel like Ambree hasn't gotten much attention on the blog, sadly, it has been what Tayden is doing. Ambree went on a field trip to McKay Dee Hospital, and unfortunately I wasn't able to go with her. She had a lot of fun and they got some cool things like rubber gloves, face mask, bandaids etc., so when she got home from school she got the doctor clothes out of the dress up and went to work on her little bear Annie.

Tayden's Field Trip to the Rock & Gem Show

Tayden and I were able to go with his class to the Rock and Gem show at the Union Station. They told the kids to bring a little money, and they were able to buy some rocks. There were a lot of people, but it was nice to spend some time with Tayden and also help out Ambree's rock collection that is due in a couple weeks! Pinewood Derby

Tayden participated in the Pinewood Derby this year and took 2nd place. Every year he has been in it he has either taken 1st or 2nd. It was especially cool because his uncle Tom (who is a racecar driver) was a guest speaker at it and was there to cheer Tayden on.

5 Amigos

Tayden is very lucky to have a group of good, fun boys on the soccer team. There are five of them that are especially close, that we call the 5 amigos!

They are Tayden, Kaden, Alec, Braxton and Parker. This was at a 3 v 3 tournament last Saturday where they divided up the team, and it ended up being that their two teams played against each other in the final. It was more for fun than real competition, but needless to say, they came home with Gold!

Valley Market Field Trip

Ashton had a field trip to Valley Market yesterday. He got to scan an item and put it in the shopping bag, and they visited all of the different departments in the store. They also got to see where the big trucks deliver the stuff to the store (this was Ashton's favorite) and even got to get a donut from the bakery. It was fun!

Tayden

Tayden just finished up his basketball season and they only lost two games. He also won the futsal league his team was in!
